Refund & Cancellation Policy
At PIVEO, we take great pride in the quality and purity of our sun-dried organic products. Because our items are food-based and perishable, we have a specific policy regarding returns and refunds to ensure the highest safety and hygiene standards.
1. Cancellations

Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it for a full refund. Please email us at [pooja@piveo.in] or WhatsApp us at [9960451817] with your Order ID.

After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our shipping partners (Pune, Maharashtra, or Rest of India), it cannot be canceled.
2. Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered, except in the following cases:

Incorrect Item: If you received a different product than what you ordered (e.g., you ordered Mango Bites but received Beetroot Flakes).

Quality Issue: If there is a legitimate concern with the product's quality upon opening.
To request a replacement: Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos or a short unboxing video of the damaged/incorrect product to [pooja@piveo.in/ 9960451817]
3. Refunds
Refunds are only issued in exceptional circumstances where a replacement is not possible (e.g., the item is out of stock).

Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Non-Refundable: We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or personal taste preferences once the seal is broken.
4. Delivery Failures
If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the customer is unavailable after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to our Pune facility. In such cases, a refund will not be issued, but we can reship the order for an additional shipping fee.
