Thank you for choosing PIVEO! We take great care in preparing and packing our sun-dried, organic products to ensure they reach you in peak condition.

1. Shipping Regions & Rates

We currently ship across India with rates determined by your delivery location:

• Pune: Flat rate of ₹29.

• Maharashtra (outside Pune): Flat rate of ₹49.

• Rest of India: Flat rate of ₹79.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during new product launches like our Kairi Pana or Kokum premixes), shipments may be delayed. We will notify you via email or SMS if there is a significant delay.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Packaging

To stay true to our "Rooted in Nature" philosophy, we use eco-friendly and secure packaging to protect your fruit bites and powders from moisture and heat during transit.

5. Damages

PIVEO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
